Not that often, so why spend money on a battery recharger? Cause you never have to buy another battery again! This kit is inexpensive and not only includes four batteries, but a case and a car adapter (didn't think about that, huh?) The LCD screen is different than most rechargers (most don't have one) and clues you in on the status of your battery (usually two-three hours for a full charge). Charges just about any rechargeable battery. You bought the Flip Video - might as well buy the energy to store all those memories!
